Red lobster Dinner and second chance to make it right
Okay today was not a good start for me. I wanted to yell when i receive my light bill today. Someone offer me to have dinner at red lobster and i screwed up. You can not say no to Red lobster biscuit (2). After dinner I ran home to do some exercise before the food be glue to my hips. LOL plus i also did some sit up too. Before i go to bed i will do another 30 min aerobic work out to make me feel good. So i am back on the wagon again and doing great!!!!!Bad Grin Very Happy
