Updated profile Jan 31, 2021...Hello, my name is Suz , I'm 43 years old, single ,and tall (5'10). My starting wgt up there is from a few years back.. This is the most I've EVER weighed! I live in Charleston, SC and have been through several stressful years. I've always gotten a lot of support from FS and hope it continues as I continue my journey as a healthier, happier me.
I lead a Keto (120p/80f/20c) lifestyle with Intermittent fasting (16/8), OMAD and exercise :) Currently staying clean, but will probably lean more to Dirty/Lazy Keto
I have set- up some mini goals with an ultimate goal of being around 175lbs by the beginning of 2022. Goals have always kept me focused, but I also realize that weight loss is not necessarily a speedy process...so if I don't make a particular goal...that is okay too...as long as I keep trying.
