How much calories do we realy need?
I had to reduce the calories fat secrets told me to have as well. they said have 1800 a day but from past experience i knew that was far to many, once i reduced it to 1500 a day i have started to slowly loose a bit of weight.

Work outs for 2nd floor tenants
Calethetics? google it, its just using your own body to work out, but its very quiet. It's short 30 second or 1 minute workouts x
