Bless you for your efforts but it is important to try and take care of yourself also, use a service or family to get out of house for a 24 hour day off every three weeks. This will help you greatly in collecting yourself for your daily tasks.

When's the best time to weigh yourself?
I only weigh in once per week same time Thurs a.m. before I drink water, Its the farthest away from weekend food lol.
