Trying to lose 7 lbs then maintain it - the hardest part. I'm 66 (in a few weeks), grandmother of 4 - two high schoolers and two preschoolers (twin boys). I find that the healthier I eat, more active (within reason) I am and more I pray, the better (so happier) a grandmother I can be. A couple years ago I lost about 65 lbs. I can do lots more since, feel like it and enjoy others so much more. Maintaining that is hard. I need to eat right, not eat too much, but not be obsessive and constantly be on a diet while worrying about food.
