Trying to gain 40 pounds weight and some muscle mass. I just want to look good and stronger. I do not want problems when I get older. I have always been small my entire life. When I was in High School I think I weighed at most 140 pounds.

Stuffing question
I figured all of the nutrients of what I put into the stuffing. But I am going to utilize the recipe feature and add everything there so it will calculate everything automatically.

Exercise Summary at top of "MY FATSECRET"
I use something similar to Fitbit to record all my daily activities. It also records my sleep. So at the end of the day, I just manually enter what my wristband tells me about calories burned. I hope this helps.

Stuffing question
I made homemade stuffing using bell's seasoning and added hamburger and Italian sausage. So my question is since I cannot find this combination under food categories how do I put this in my diary? Do I list things separately?
