I sit in front of a monitor and keyboard all day and night is seems. The only part of my body getting any exercise are my brain and fingers from typing and thinking. Lost almost 100 lbs. with WW 15 years ago, but gained that plus over the years. I understand what needs to be done, it's just getting it done.
I am calling this my "Blackberry Diet" because I have been using the fatsecret application on my Blackberry. The program allows me to track what I am eating as I eat it and am able to see where I am during the day. It can cause me to be slow in restaurants when I have to look up foods, but at least I am able to make correct choices.
