history-I was almost the size I am now(5.5.5" 140lbs)that I was in grade school. it wasn't until high school that the other kids caught up with me. so my mental image of myself is that I am bigger and fatter than almost everyone. while the logical half of my brain can obviously discern the difference, I still FEEL bigger than others. my mother set an excellent bad example of how I CANNOT be! as she aged she developed diabetes, heart problems and many other issues. I want to be healthy and fit until I die in my 90's sometime. i have several mental obstacles... i am an emotional eater. i need a regular routine and my life is chaotic. i LOVE FOOD, everything about it! love to cook, love to eat, don't seem to have an off button and am ALWAYS hungry. so even though i have found a diet that i have lost significant amounts of weight with that was actually very easy to do, i keep falling off the wagon either for overeating what isn't on my plan or not exercising regularly. i have some concern regarding yo-yo-ing. i need to get to my goal and STAY in my target range which i believe is 125-135. this probably seems like a very wide range for most people but my weight can and has fluctuated 7lbs in one day. these numbers also depend on how much muscle i am carrying at the time. so yeah. that's me in a nutshell ;)
