Well I'm been taking some supplements to survive a 1 hour 30 min super set workout and I guess I'm retaining water because I have 3 more pounds now I have to finish this supplements and ignore the scale. Clothes still fir fine that's what matter.

13 days without exercise and not eating healthy drank alcohol most of all days then 4 days eating healthy and workout mode.

This prove that 13 days is to much. It was a great time (vacation). But is summer so I'm enjoying my Happy Hours Fridays weekends and behave Sunday-Thursday will see next week whats the damage/improvement.
