Bulk Edit Foods
Is there a way to bulk-remove a bunch of foods added for a given day? I think my network connection crashed while the program was running, I, not realizing this was the case, pushed the save button again, then again. I figured my phone had crashed, so I went to the home screen, then reopened the app, tried to push the button a few times. Long story short, this happened:

Exporting All RDI Data
I've been on the site for a few years now and have built up a bit of a lengthy backlog of the foods I've eaten. Is there a way I can export a CSV of everything I've eaten since time immemorial? Or, if not that, perhaps all the TDI values?

What is your basic work-out routine?
I've had greatest success with JiuJitsu and Kickboxing 4x a week. Got within 4lbs of my goal, but then I broke some things and was out for a while. :I

Now it's light workouts on Monday/Thursday and heavy workouts on Tuesday/Friday. It's the same set of activities: run 10 minutes to warm up, three sets of five activities. Something pushing for the chest (bench, pushup, etc). Something pulling for the chest/back. (Pullup, etc) Something with the abdomen. (Situp, crunch, twist, plank, etc) Something with the quads. (Squat, lunge, jumping.) Something with the butt. (Leg kicks, leg raises, etc)

The best exercise is any you'll do. It doesn't have to be extremely hardcore or exhaustive. Consistency is better than intensity I'm told.
