Well, tomorrow is supposed to be my first official day on WFPB. I've been about 90% true to this WOE for maybe 2 weeks. kind of gradually deserted LCHF because I was seeing negative results with my BG numbers.
This I see as about my last chance of truly putting my diabetes into remission.
It's hard to predict if it is even possible with all of the contradictory information from 'experts' out there. Seems like some people will say anything to sell a book. Just try to weed out the pretenders, just try. But I don't have that many years left to get a working long term solution started. So, I'm trying WFPB (maybe the toughest of them all, for me).
Here is wishing us all good fortune with our chosen WOEs.

Back after being depressed on progress with BG and other numbers.
Decided to transition to WFPB (Vegan) by 9/1/18.

Drifted off course, last couple of days, as far as carbs go.
LBs just holding steady with a 2 - 3 LB bounce during week. No joy!
BGs still decreasing, at a slow but consistant rate. Some joy#!#
Little bit more room in some cloths. A small amount of #J#
Time to get back on board! I still see progress. Need more Patience.....
