After 2 years, it's been tough but I'm proud
(Ok guys, this is a little long but plz read it.) You know, at first, I was at risk of being overweight 2 years ago. I was forced to join this site by my dad and he forced me to exercise, too and I hated it.
It was a really tough time for me for a lot of reasons and in this process, I felt as though I had absolutely no free will. After my dad stopped monitoring my weight and his own, I never went on the site. Free will allowed me to not feel so much pressure and stress, which made my health improve so much.
At this time, I was just almost a borderline healthy weight. This year, I've learned that exercise has become a HUGE part of happiness I discovered as a student playing tag with my friends everyday at recess. Now, if I go a day without exercising, I miss it. I've always loved food but now I hardly ever overeat. I go on the treadmill just for 20 minutes and I feel awesome. I'm not apart of any sport but I found that running around being crazy (like I am), provides a lot of exercise for me. I'm a comfortable healthy weight now and I'm just working to maintain that and become a little bit lighter. I'm young and growing, but I weight ten pounds less than I did 2 years ago and being healthy tastes even better than sushi (my favorite). But I'm not leaving this site. I go on now because I WANT to. I'm learning that's it's not the diet that will keep you healthy, it's the life-choice.
