Weighed my self the other morning down a few pounds to 282.4 seems a long hard road but I have to remember 16 ozs of water is one pound.Increased my water intake to help flush toxins from my system. Will keep on plugging away. trying to do the fasting for 16 hours. Did it today but mostly only do 12 to 14.

Well I'm back
Will not listen to my family and friends anymore with ." just one piece of cake won't hurt it's your birthday. Set my addiction to wheat right back it was like giving an alcoholic just one little beer. Or me for that choice most beer is made with grains. While wheat is my worst.all grains are out. eat no wheat rye oats rice or corn all grains really.
Have decided to go keto my daughter has lost 15.4 lbs in 2 weeks. She is really active at work and with my bad back, it is hard unless it is in the pool so going to go.I joined the Gym the other day but haven't gone yet as I caught a cold. I will be journaling my food here and it will be high fat and low carb which is the keto diet. will let messages here to tell everyone.My daughter just made keto bagels that look really good with Italian seasoning

WELL I'm BACK. I started eating to many carbs when I was on vacation and on through the holidays. I gained weight back and my blood sugar went way up. The other day my BFF Sandy in 29 Palms and I decided we have to get serious again. For the last 3 days my blood sugar has been in the low 100 s.
I have limited my carbs to between 25 to 30 a day. TODAY I even fit in a good dessert. Home made egg custard made with stevia no sugar so yummy. Will be my go too dessert from now on. Wish me well as I try again. Still No wheat except at our Christmas party when my mom brought my favorite cook. I paid for it with itching and Benadryl but it was worth it. Now if only I can figure out a low carb version. Will stay in touch.
