chaffles
Has anyone here tried chaffles. I'm going to get some fine almond flour to make them I already have a chaffel maker and I will use them for making sandwiches. They also have a lot of dessert chaffels that are low carb if you need a sweet fix.

intermittent fasting
very much the wrong thing to do what you are doing will ruin your metabolism putting your body into starvation mode. the way to stop this from happening is to have a cheat meat where you eat whatever you want including dessert and make the day a normal calorie day.Go to you tube and look up Jade Teta his book is the metabolic effect diet. I've just started it and my best friend has been on it for 6 weeks and has lost 20 lbs and since this is a diet and exercise book she is also losing her belly and getting a waist and the best thing it is 20 minutes exercise 3 days a week with 30 minute walk or what ever you can do on exercise days and a walk only on the no exercise days. I'm really out of shape so i do what i can and as my muscles get stronger I'll increase my walking and exercise. He has a lot of you tube videos.
