OK, here goes. I have had a love / hate relationship with food my whole life. And I have a yearly routine of picking up too much weight during the Winter and then have to work extra hard in Spring to try and loose that extra weight again to fit into my Summer clothes. I am seriously addicted to chocolates, or any sugar for that matter which is my biggest downfall.

As a full time working mommy of two it is so difficult to get time to exercise or not just grab something quick to eat instead of planning... Any support will be appreciated! ;-)
