Is there a way to add a new exercise type to the exercise log?
I play pickleball, and this appears not to be listed here. I am entering it as badminton for now, as on a a pickleball site they had a calculator that seemed to estimate a very similar calorie usage to that.

I need some recommendations/advice
Try keto-friendly vegetable sides? Sauteed greens with garlic are yummy. You can roast frozen broccoli or cauliflower in a 400F oven until they start to brown (a favorite side at my house). Vegetables as a substitute for starches work well. Cauliflower rice, Zoodles (zucchini noodles) or summer squash noodles with a meat sauce, instead of pasta (these are zucchinis cut into thin spirals, available at my grocery store, though one can also buy a thing that does it for you if you decide you like this). If you have a grill lots of veggies are good grilled, just brush on some oil, salt and pepper, and grill (eggplant, asparagus, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, lettuces like radicchio or romaine cut in half...)
