Well, I'm back on track. If I can get through the stall because of the midnight pizza visit Sunday night we'll be AOK. I wsill be eatting chicken drumsticks from the grill with green beans. My son enjoys watching the cooking channel so he is a big help. One of his favorite shows is the grillin program.

Just let me get it out there that I screwed up pretty badly Sunday night. I did that fridge in the middle of the night to sneek food. Oh well, yesterday was another day, and today will be better. I need to remember that it is only a failure if I don't start again. The good thing is I am not up any weight.

I have been doing well. I haven't been feeling great so I hope its because I'm staying on program. I have read some of the recipes and wow. I am definately going to try some of them soon. I don't cook a whole lot and I think some still be right up my ally. I have stayed under 20 net carbs a day with no problem and the really great thing is my craving are fairly well gone. Yeah Friday
