I am 57, married and have 2 grown sons. I have been heavy all of my life and now I am tired of it. It wouldn't be so bad but now I don't feel all that great either so some of the weight has got to come off. I am 4'11" anf 265 lbs. I have been with the same compant for 35 years and they are sending their operations to China next year so I will be unemployeed for the first time since 1973. So I am back in school(back for 1 year) and back on Atkins. I prefer this diet because the uncontrollable hungries go away after a few day.

Need to find others with over 100 pounds to lose...
I also need to lose over 100lbs. I am 4'11" and 265 lbs. Right now my goal is set at 160 then I will reassess. I would love to communicate with others in my situation. I have also lost 100 lbs before and it creeped right back on. I need some heavy duty help. It seems I'll do good for a few days or even a couple of weeks and then oooppps there it is. Oh well, I may be in the right spot....HELP
