what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'm 5'4 1/2 and currently weigh about 108-110 lbs. I used to be 126 lbs, packed with both muscles and fat (I was in a paleo diet but went somewhat overboard with my protein intake and didn't make the wisest food choices). I switched to clean-eating, replacing my regular rice to sweet potato and brown rice, eat a lot of veggies and fruits, I only eat red meat occasionally like a few times per month, my protein mostly comes from beans,tofu, seafood and poultry (I don't really know what kind of diet it is but it's flexible, I don't restrict myself much). I'm trying to re-gain muscle since both fat and muscle were accounted to my lost 18 lbs... My current measurement: 34 - 24 - 35. My measurement when I was 126 lbs: 36 - 27 - 37
