This week is almost over. It has been super busy at work. Very fast paced. My appetite has been decreased. It has been hard to get my foundation vegetables in but I am trying. I have been working on getting more sleep and exercise.
My measurements are definitely better this week. My weight loss will wait til Sunday morning if I can wait that long. We have 2 fun activities for tonight and tomorrow but there will not be an opportunity for cheating so that is a good thing for me. Although, I really have not been tempted even when others have fast food or other items.

Very tough day. Not hungry at all today. It took until 1030 for me to eat my breakfast bar. Then I had back to back meetings. Needless to say by the time I got home at 330, I was hungry, so I had a "mini" lunch. Hopefully this evening and tomorrow will be better.
Onward and downward for weight loss but upward for mood!!

Also I did measurements on my body and have lost 4 inches overall. Not a big start but at least I am going in the right direction!!
