Look at all of these entries.. I failed due to delicious treats.
I think the best way is to cut-down rather than deprive...
But replace breakfast & lunch with Oatmeal (sugar free). Eat a fruit in between + soy milk. Eat protein after gym ( can eat Korean food too). Then at 9PM do pilates. Sleep early and drink more water. IF I need to eat out with friends...try not to eat deep fried food. IF I do then try not to eat too much beforehand and workout 30 min more than other days.

Early Breakfast - Skim milk + 미숫가루 + a little bit of honey + banana - 220cal
INSANITY -400cal
Breakfast - Chicken + tomatoes + rice/고구마 - broccolis - 300
Lunch - whatever... Turkey Sandwich? Starbucks protein plate? -400
Snack - Calcium chewable
YOGA/DANCE - 500
Chicken + 고구마 -300
No food after 8pm
Water - Green tea or Corn tea
Stretches - 50
Sleep by 11pm.
