I had been on a strict diet and exercise regime for 3 years.

I started from 167-8lbs down to 132lbs or so with around 10lbs+ muscle mass.

HOWEVER, there was a whole year when i had lost 1/2lbs despite daily 2hours of workout at the gym and 1200 calorie intake and nearly no fats + minimal carbs + no added sugar. All I gained out of that whole year was having water in my tendons for overuse of muscle.. -_-

Then I started to lose weight again after I began to eat more.

Now it's been almost 2 years since then. I changed jobs and consumed too much fastfood + sweets. I gained around 10lbs and lost some muscle mass. If I am determined, I could get back in shape again.

I hiked up Grouse Mountain in 50minutes back then. This summer it took me 2hours.. SOOOO out of shape!

My goal is to lose some weight before the new year's dinner party. Then gradually lose the last 10lbs before the next summer!
