I am hoping to lose 18kg within the next 3 months. I started on the 21 May 2018 and my next weigh in will be the 19th June 2018. I have lost 3.5kg so far in a week and each week I need to weigh in. My doctor said in a month I must have lost 10kg. He gave me a weight loss pill to assist me. I am really hoping all goes accordingly. I have a personal trainer to assist me and I do HIIT training atleast 4 times in a week.
