Today has been a good day. I calculated the calories for the day on my diet calander... Maybe it's just me.... But I feel like 1600 calories in a day is alot. But then if I compare it to what I usually eat.. It's alot less... I hope I will still lose weight. I did not exercise today. I was going to play football with my brothers today.. but they are sick. I have not renewed my gym membership. I won't have the money till friday... Today I have quit coka cola for 1 month. Gosh thats a record! No more headaches either. All I drink is water. Supposedly thats good for u (ha)

I am finding this website to be very interesting. It's kinda like AA (not that I know personaly, but my mom does) but I have to answer to someone everyday so it seems.. I wouldn't wanna put on here that I ate 3000 or 4000 calories today. The main thing is that I do not wanna be hungry. I want to be satisfied... any ideas??
