I cleaned all my lower kitchen cabinets and drawers. It took me 2 days to get this done, Washed and bleached everything. found things I do not use. Also getting rid of my BIG Hp printer- needs ink that I cannot afford. Donating all to the Veteran's Thrift store. I found 3 vintage cast iron corn stick pans, 16" Rectangular Broil/Bake Tray w/Metal Holder Cornflower Blue and an assortment of baking tins and sheets. Put them on FB Marketplace in hopes of making some money. Hubby (God Bless Him) got down on his belly to get the stuff out I could not reach. He really is my soul mate and Knight in shining armor - we are such a team. He heard a strange noise last night and it was the stove beeping?? He had to pull the stove out and push the plug back in the socket. I am not sure how it works it way out - so strange. I did miss a call from the Loan officer- It did not ring to my hearing aids. So got the Voicemail and an email stating he waited to discuss the next step in the loan process. I did respond to both the call and email. Hoping this is a good sign. I have so much anxiety and I am so stressed. T told my husband it's in the good Lords hands and we just have to wait. Just Thankful for all our blessings. HUGS to all

Well today was a very, very humbling and emotional experience for me. I had to go to a food pantry to get food for the next several weeks. I cried at the generosity of these people. I still am emotional and still feel like crying. I have not had to ask for help in over 60 years. I have made a personal promise to myself when I get back on my feet, I will pay it forward with cases of food. We had our free in home physical and I weighed 284.6 pounds on her scale. Since we are no lon ger permitted to use plastic bag - every store has switched to paper. Do I bring home the bug eggs and the hatch ?I found that also have some kind of bug in my kitchen- roach 0r a water bug. Now I have to empty every cabinet, clean and spray. I cannot afford an exterminator, so I have to get on the floor to clean. When it rains it pours. I am so counting my blessings and Thanking God for giving me the strength to get through these difficult times. Still praying for the loan. Blessings to all.

Happy Friday to all! I need prayers for favorable outcome for the bank business today. Need to consolidate bills we are paying 39+% interest on. Plus the balance needed to replace the roof. This has been one tough year for us. So many things have happened- but I keep my faith in God that it will been OK. With inflation continuing to rise it hits me in my wallet. I have 50-60 to spend on groceries this month. I did manage to get some good prices for chicken and used the ecoupons the store offered. I also found a little backyard produce stand that has the very best fresh produce at a very resonable price. So we are not going to starve. Have 4 different soups in the freezer. I make bread in my machine if we run out. The problem is that is all carbs. I will do my best eating what I can. I expect to have gains - but it is only a bump in the road for now. Blessings & Hugs to all. Be kind and stay safe.
