I've been over weight for almost 6 years. Even though I'm 100 lbs over weight I still feel pretty active. My weight never crosses my mind when it comes to being physically active (I don't let it hold me back)...now as far as going out to a social event, yes my weight bothers me.
I'd love to get into the 150s again, but my first goal is to get under 200 lbs.
