Still working hope to retire in two years, earlier than required and I want to be lighter and healthier too. I plan on seeing the remainder of the lower 48 states that I have yet to visit and I want to be agile in order to do so. The knees are having troubles so less weight will aid in that problem.
I also have endeavors on starting a craft business part time, it is a hobby right now and I would like to use it as a part time income when I retire, the possibilities are endless.

Recipe Directions Not Displaying
Directions in the recipes are not displayed on the app on my iPad does anyone have a solution to this problem? I will admit that I just joined the site so I am still learning. I would like to know how to make some of the foods that I have seen correctly and botch them from the get go. Please help if you can.
Thank you.

Just been diagnosed with hypothyroidism...
I am now one of the group too, I have been battling this for a year now. They have finally decided that since my levels will not stabilize that I must be placed on Amour the natural form, what a difference it has made in just a months time. I feel so much better, I am actually motivated to get on a diet plan, I haven't felt like this in a long time. If you need a partner to count on, I will be here, we all need someone time and again.

Menopause
Have you ever had your thyroid levels checked? I was going through something similar, my Doctor placed me on hormone replacements, I was on them for several years and I gained weight big time. To make a long story short we decided that it was best to get off of them due to cancer risks. Anyway the hot flashes started immediately then I would be freezing cold, so back to the Doctor I went, fortunately for me my regular Doctor was on vacation so I saw her partner he had blood drawn and checked my thyroid levels they were all off. He put me on medication and the hot and cold flashes stopped, I now know when I start having hot flashes that my thyroid levels are off so I go and see my Endocrinologist for it. I hope this gives you some insight.
