gaining instead of loosing
IT HAS HAPPEN TO ME TOO... DON'T GET DISCOURAGE.... YOU WILL LOOK UP AND IT IS GONE... SOMETHING HAPPENED TO ME THIS WEEKEND. I LOST 3 AND THE NEXT DAY I WAS UP 3... SO I AM BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD. CONSTANTLY CHANGING HOW AND WHAT I EAT. SOMETIME YOU JUST HAVE TO TAKE A BITE OF THE BAD STUFF... ENJOY THE MOMENT... THE BACK TO REALITY....YOU WILL BE OK....
