Well, down 4 lbs again! Can this finally be the time that it stays off permanently? I really hope so.
I was at the store with my 10 yr old, and really got an awakening, while ordering ice cream cones (this place is really generous with their sizing), she stopped the girl saying there was enough ice cream on her cone. Needless to say the clerk was shocked as she had never heard a child say that was enough. It got me to thinking that somehow my daughter had learned to eat right. She listens to her body and eats when hungry and stops when she is full. She enjoys a full range of foods, nutritious and junk after all she is a kid and loves her candy, but balances it with nutritious choices, for snacks she is happy and satisfied with fruit or rice cakes, rarely drinks pop, prefering real juice, water or ice tea.
So this past week I have tried to apply the lessons I am learning from my child about eating, which obviously have come to her instinctively, and not from watching her mother. And I lost 4 pounds. Thank you

Well not gaining but definately not losing, working lots of graveyards and find myself snacking lots to keep awake. Need to find something more constructive, will be starting school next month and hopefully studying on graveyards will replace snacking.

Here I gain again. I have to refocus and start again. Pop and bread is my down fall and once I fall I really fall, and struggle to let it only be a one day slip up. My original goal was 10 pounds per month and I should have been close to 235 by now, so time to start again and be at 240 by this time next month.

Fell off the wagon this week, and gained. But I am determined to brush myself off and start again. I know that I can do it I feel like the little engine that could I just keep telling myself I know i can do it. Just like everyone else on this site

Difficult week, not sure why, would love to know why i sabbatage myself, but I have hit the 10 pound goal. I want to lose 10 per month, hoping if I make small goals it wont b so overwhelming.
