Well, I have been here before. This is usually the point that I start sabataging myself. Hopefully because I recognize it I will be able to avoid it. It has been more than three weeks and they (dont know who they are!) say that it takes three weeks to form a habit so hopefully healthy eating is now a habit for me. Next I really need to work on gettng exercise.
I have set up some reward goals for my self at 30 pound weight loss I will get my hair coloured, hopefully this will give my incentive to keep going and when I finally hit the 199 pound milestone of putting myself under 200 pounds for the first time in 15 years I will reward my self with having my hair chemicaly straightened something I have always wanted but balked at the price $300+ figure I would have saved that much by then by not buying pop and chips.
