Weighed myself in the evening after dinner...so it's inaccurate, but I just kept forgetting to do it in the morning. I'm happy that it's still a loss!

Past the two week mark now of no processed sugar, and feeling pretty good. The sweet cravings have been manageable, when they've been present at all, which has been more and more infrequent as the days go on.
We've also started doing aqua zumba and water aerobics. The classes are hour-long, and the zumba is a serious workout, much to our delightful surprise. Sure, we were the youngest in the class by at least 20 years, and a bunch of those ladies were just walking in place and chatting with each other, but following along at the pace the instructor set kicked my butt. Looking forward to the next class.
