One pound up is 'Reasonably Well' considering its been 121 days since I weighed in last, the last month of me baking away preparing recipes to be submitted for the Farmer's market this summer. But now the testing must stop and i need the next month and a half to take a break from sugar. I'm going to read Sugar Crush again to keep me in line and also have to prepare for another jaunt up the mountain when Amy gets here, so I need to start up with my daily hike again. I otherwise have been eating well and not really as much sweets around as you would imagine. I usually bring them to others or a party. I made some amazing no-sugar macaroons for Easter tomorrow, using dates for the sugar and they are fabulous. People everywhere want treats that are no-guilt. I created a few good recipes in that direction.Let me know if you want the recipe. Anyway, I'm back! Still with 35 pounds to lose. But I feel good. Eating a lot of asparagus and yogurt lately. And we want to get back to our green shake breakfasts.

I've been making and eating cookies for 4 days and haven't done my 8 hour days for the last few, so of course, I'm back up to my high weight. Today I packaged up and sent out cookie packages to several relatives and will package what remains tomorrow for my hubby Bill to get at, but to me, will have an alarm built in to go blaring of I touch one. Then Friday I make cookies again with a couple of friends. It's a mine field out there folks, be brave, say no, and today I'm back to 8.5 hours. Yay! God help me.

Did really well yesterday. Shopped til I dropped with mom. We ate a nice lunch about noon, sharing a gyro platter at our favorite restaurant, also shared a tiny baklava; then went on for hours, had a cup of coffee together, then got home about 7pm and only needed an apple and peanut butter for supper. My tummy was upset and I had a headache so I went to bed early.
