I'm readying to go a bit nuts on a Fat Flush 2 weeks, starting tomorrow. Feeling better just cutting back on meat and sugar the last 7 days. Not much lost yet but I feel so much better all ready. Hope all is well! Starting the Sassy New Year Challenge tomorrow too.

It is a sorry realization to say that I have never started a year off this heavy before, 195. I haven't weighed in in 3 months and so having eaten to my hearts content, I might be pleased that I only gained 9 pounds, But honestly, being over 180 this whole year has felt pretty much the same. Horrible. I'm just too high in weight. Period. So last night I stood in front of the mirror for a few minutes. reminded myself that I need more attention from myself. More care. More love. I told my hair it was beautiful. It's beginning to turn a rather lovely multi-colored shade of brown/platinum. I've spent the last week boning up on my Fat Flush principals, decided to concentrate on vegies, cut way way back on meat products, no sugar for a while... I've done this before about 8 years ago, and I know I can. I just need a change. A challenge. I've talked about cutting out meat but never really have. so anyway, nothing in stone but a commitment to myself. Happy New Year Buddies. Here we go again. Lets let loving ourselves be our highest goal this year.

Been baking for the farmers market all summer so I consider this rise quite acceptable.

Considering the fact I'm baking for the farmers market- and almost selling out every week! - its pretty amazing that I haven't gained. Perhaps being surrounded by sweets is the biggest deterrent.
