I am 40 years old i work night shift as a lorry driver , i was badly injured 10 years ago while serving in the army . For ten years i,ve tryed to keep fit i went into army reserves & worked as a driver because of my injuries, i have asthma and was discharged from the army due to post traumatic stress . I ,ve recently had tests for Vascular Pulmanary Disease & find it hard to Exercise . I badly want to lose weight not only for myself but i have two young Daughters i wish to see grow up .
