After not fitting into some slacks a few months ago, I decided that it was time to do something. First on the list was to run a 10k. Next, lose 25 pounds. I figure running would take care of some of that, but I need to also watch what I eat. At the end of January, I stopped drinking cokes. Went from about 3 a day to 1 or so a week. I'm trying to drink 100oz of water daily. Some days are better than others.
