Starting Keto diet today. Target is 75% fat, 20% protein, 5% carbohydrate. I am pairing Keto with intermittent fasting. Last meal 6 pm, fat coffee at 6 am, first meal at 12 pm. Trying to maintain a 18:6 fasting period. I exercise each morning for 1-hour, alternating low impact cardio one day, and resistance workout next day.
