Kind of sucks when mental health does you a number... 54Kg today. Tight pants.

I have been suffering with stress for a few months already.

Working out always help raise endorphin levels, but it gets to a point below a certain line in which I just cannot lift a finger for my life, then I turn to eating instead to soothe these emotions.

I'm above the line again thankfully, feeling much more hopeful and better, and therefore I'm working out daily again.

It's just weird how you want the higher high when you're good, but also kind of want to curl in a fetal position and don't move when you're at a low.

Anyway- it hasn't been as bad as it sounds, just the extra stress that takes me below a certain point in which I only want to do nothing because my mind needs the rest... it just takes the body along with it.

I have crocheted this. At least I didn't completely curl up in a fetal position...
