Ok, I'm going to start exercising big time in the morning... going to do the Leslie Sansone's Walk Off the Pounds 2 mile dvd TWICE back to back in the morning and then after work I am going to do it again and I will NOT cheat or go over my calories for the next 27 days (I have a Valentine's day challenge going!).
I've done that dvd once and then walked another mile or so outside, never attempted to do it twice in a row though whew! But i am an all or nothing type personality so I really need to just go for it and not stop!

Ok, the cereal debacle really threw me off today so I went to Zaxby's, yeah, I know... Wrong, totally wrong. Its really hard for me to try to diet anyway let alone at my deadline (I own a small community magazine) and for some reason I just find it really hard to stick to eating right when stressed but I am about to hit the treadmill and see if I cant at least work off some of the damage.
I saw on the biggest loser that one of the contestants that went home, her goal is to burn off 7,000 calories a day... I wonder how?
