Well, now I have strept. Tomorrow on the mend. NO MORE EXCUSES. Dig out the elliptical and the bow flex! July Wedding. Do I have time to get a second round of braces to straighten my teeth?

My son is getting married in july-I simply must loose 15 lbs AND tighten the flabby- I have a deadline for fun!

I injured my little self getting into a car. Pulled my rib joint out. No exercise. Maybe treadmill. Once this heals I'm going to exercise so it won't happen again!

I joined fatsecret last year Dec 26th and lost 29 lbs by April. I learned to be diligent and thought I had adopted a lifestyle. Now I know I am just a big old yoyo. My son is getting married in July and I want to lose 12 lbs by then. Here I go again, I must not believe in myself because I say, "I want to" instead of, "I will". I remember how hard it was last year but I also remember how great success feels. I DO believe and I WILL succeed. I start today!
