The good thing is I haven't gained. The bad thing is I haven't loss. I think I'm just soooo happy I lost weight that I lost track of my goal.

Note to self: When I was faithful to Fatsecret I gained a better perspective on a healthier lifestyle...AND the benefit was I lost a fair amount of weight. As I wrote my journal I could see all my excuses for not being true to myself. The "why" I ate my way through the chocolate excuses. The cute quips about "chocolate" being healthy. I know that I am tired at the end of the day. Actually I am tired at the beginning of the day. I have 7 to 9 pounds to go. I am at a mind block that has stopped my progress for quite a while. I am settling instead of being true to myself. I need to believe in me!

I think it will help me if I weigh just once a week or every two weeks. It might scare me silly! It also might help me to learn to regulate what I eat by the nutritional value instead of being controlled by the scale.
