Started taking green coffee bean 800 mg about one week and a half ago and started mango cleanse 3 days ago! Woo hoo! Drank beer and ate 13 chicken wings for supper. I only ate a tuna sandwich for lunch. I still lost weight overnight! Only downside was I felt sick for 2 days starting on the mango cleanse. Then to the restroom 3 times last night!! But it is working!

Weigh-in: 180.0 lb

still to go: 30.0 lb

Started mango cleanse 2 days ago. I have been doing yoga by DDP. Was drinking a lot of water. But I fell off the wagon and have been drinking a lot of cokes the last few days.

Stopped drinking water last 3 days. Nothing but soda. Have not worked out in 3 days. Going to start back on diet today.
