I am 48 yrs and 5ft 8 inches. I never had a problem with my weight until after my divorce 6 yrs ago and the loss of my job. My weight was always around 138. By the time I knew it I was 196 and miserable. Sleeping all the time. I never had to diet before and did not know where to start. Around Feb 2012 I saw a video about drinking whey protein and making sure the body had enough protein daily. It said if your body had enough protein intake daily then you would start losing weight because your body would stop storing calories as fat. Also recommended raw virgen coconut oil daily. I take a tablespoon in a cup of coffee. Never was a coffee drinker but i did not know how else to eat coconut oil! I now cook my eggs and fish with coconut oil! So I started seeing my weight slowly come off. It was not until I started the green coffee bean and mango cleanse that i have started seeing even more results! By the way I also started walking 2 miles a day and doing DDP Yoga with my son! Very inspirational video by Arthur a vet who was basically crippled and so over weight. He lost over 100 pds doing yoga! Dallas Page DDP Yoga. Google it! He is the person that inspired me to get off my butt and do yoga! I have to tell you I have not done yoga or walked since last thursday ,7/12/12. One whole week without exercise and the weight is still coming off! I believe it has to be the green coffee bean and or mango cleanse! So today 7/18/12, I will start doing yoga and continue my two mile walk......... See what tommorow brings
