I made it to every training session this week! 5 Days in a row. This in itself is a major accomplishment. I tell myself everyday to just get to the parking lot. If I get to the parking lot then I have to go in because I don't want to look like a weirdo sitting in the parking lot arguing with myself. 😆
Marvin my trainer is a 20 yr old young man named after Marvin Gaye and loves Christmas year round. He says I remind him of his mother and he reminds me of my best friend as they are both weird about Christmas.
It's important to find a good fit with a trainer. It keeps a person coming back. Marvin is motivating and he is big on fundamentals and he knows how to drive a person to push themselves.
I will be honest and say I never ever stuck it out with a trainer prior to Marvin. But this time I will because he is investing as much into me as I am into him.
I'm not even worried about the weight fluctuations at this point because it will all figure itself out shortly.
