Measurements...AGHH!! OK...GETTING BETTER!waist 49 hip 52 bust 44.5 /48.5 thigh 30 arm 17As bad as these seem IT IS AN IMPROVEMENT!started at W52,H54.5,B 46/50,T30,A17. Sooo! I have lost 8.5 inches!!YEAH!!

Finally a minus! Dr. visit yesterday with medication changes and referral to an Endocrinologist. Hope he has a few tricks up his sleeve for insulin resistance. Been on program but away from computer...babysitting 5 yr old with tonsils,adenoids and ear tube surgery...TAKES LOTS OF TIME AND PATIENCE!

Stayed on program all weekend... Worked in yard several hours on Saturday...expecting some weight loss to show this morning...NO WAY!THE SCALE HASN'T MOVED! What is it going to take to get me moving again? I am a slow loser but this is getting me down...(talking to myself now in a stern voice)STOP!! You ARE NOT giving up on this diet change...YOU know YOU can't eat carbs...Eye on the prize...A HEALTHY FUTURE...YOU CAN DO IT!! Make a plan: I will get out my book and follow the meal plans for a few days...I"VE GOT THIS!!

Thankful Thursday...remembering 16 wonderful years with Baxter our golden retriever, he passed away on Tuesday...recieving a request to visit with my 5 year old great-nephew...planting a tomato for him to grow "all his own"...being asked to have a sleepover, since a 6 hr visit wasn't long enough!...call from baby sister to just catch up...Jason alive and recovering after a 30 ft fall from hunting stand...LIFE!
