Hooray- 2 pounds down! I have not been tracking my food well this week, but have definitely been noticing and choosing carefully what I eat. I opted for an ice cream sundae this past weekend! So glad I did :). Trying to love myself and my physical body no matter what!

Held steady this week. I have not been limiting my calories, just exploring with these food choices. Of course, if I want to lose more weight, I am going to have to diminish my caloric intake. Feeling pretty good, though. Not terribly different with cheese, chocolate and bread, but happy to be leaving them out this month!

Psyched! This has been a relatively easy week back. I attribute it to stocking my fridge well. I ate very little sugar (but some), plenty of fruits. Protein and veggies saved the day. I only had one day of cravings- yesterday- sugary, salty, crunchy something, but I prevailed! This way of eating is not drastically different from my usual diet. But, cutting out dairy and bread is big, and feels okay so far! Excited to see where this journey takes me...

Starting again. We'll see how this goes. I feel much stronger and leaner to begin this time, but want to lose a little of the extra (especially belly) fat! Working with no dairy, no processed foods (as much as possible), no sugar (practically), light grains. Legumes okay, unless they seem in the way...I am eating chicken for now.

Still at 137. I take this as a victory, as I did not diet at all over the holidays. And, now, I'm hovering in-between, dieting, maintaining, trying to not overeat. I'm considering focusing on losing another 10ish pounds....is now the time? Or do I wait until warmer weather comes?
