Diet drinks
i am on lawl so i dont know about that but coke zero is really good. i dont like diet either and it is great also diet mountian dew is great and it comes in caffeene free. i dont like plain md but diet is really good.

subs for la lites
i love the la lites and thay are great for those cravings around that totm but they are so high has anyone found a sub for these if so please let me know because now i am hooked. i hope you can help. thank you very much.

WHICH PLAN # TO USE AT WHAT WEIGHT
i am on plan 3 190 lbs (by their scale 185 by mine)
3 protian
4 veggies
3 fruits
2 dairy
4 starch
2 fats
2 lites (if you do them)

LA lites
I did not do the bars at first until they told me that you dont have to do 2 a day just when you need one. i use them for sugar cravings. i might eat 2 a week, unless its that TOTM. just wanted to let you know that they are not a manditory thing. keep up the good work and good luck.
