Every time I go to the mall, I get a boba tea. Probably a good thing I don't go that often! But I walked a —lot— and while I don't have a pedometer or anything, I feel good about the exercise I got. Apparently today is an (unintentional) liquid fast day, as well... Unless boba count as solids 😅

Had a migraine for the past couple days, so the only thing I've been eating is antiemetics and hard candy. Finally ate a little bit today because my sugar was really dropping, but it's already sitting badly. At least it's good for my waistline. Silver lining! 🤷🏼

I usually do fine during the day, but it's always the evening and night that gets me tripped up. (And, I'll be real, 🍃 in the evening doesn't help!) So I've been keeping popsicles in the freezer 24/7. Ice always seems to fill me up without making me sick. And most frozen foods (that aren't made with cream) are low cal.

Migraine day today! Had two doses of my antiemetics and still nothing. So I guess I'm having Sprite for brunchner today. 🤷🏼 I usually don't drink a lot of non-diet pop, except for the occasional birch beer, and it's hard to choke it all down. 😅 I'll never understand people who drink only pop instead of water.
