Thoughts.

Form follows function. I'm in awe of bodies that function optimally in their environment, human or other. Or bodies functioning at or close to their limits. The usefulness of appearance is in giving clues to function, otherwise it's a byproduct. I see beauty in function and minimalism that is solely based on function.

Fat seems wasteful, but I can appreciate that if ever I was lost in wilderness and starving, my fat would allow me to live another day.

My way of living, without intending, is to do the minimum required to feel satisfied. I work/study sitting at a desk most days and I exercise just enough to get rid of restlessnes. I'm healthy and my way of living right now is based on school being a priority. When my priority changes to running up and down hills quickly, I will adjust my life accordingly.
