Went to the gym even though I didn't feel motivated. I am so glad I did, I feel a thousand times better.

I'm having a tough time getting motivated after my week off. I feel sluggish and tired all the time, and don't really want to go to the gym. I've been twice this week but it will be a struggle getting two more in. I just wanna take a nap!!
