Went up 3lbs, I am not sure if this is just because i weighed in during the evening or if i actually put some back on, either way it's disappointing.

Skipped breakfast, Skipped Dinner and Skipped the gym. Going to go to the gym after i get off work. Having a hard time staying focused.
